Job summary

Infleqtion is seeking an Indirect Buyer to source and purchase goods and services across facilities, IT, and professional services. This role ensures cost-effective procurement while balancing operational needs, quality, and compliance.

The candidate will manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and maintain procurement documentation in support of government contracting requirements. This is a strategic purchasing role in a regulated, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or buying experience.
• Experience sourcing indirect categories such as MRO, facilities, IT hardware/software, professional services, office supplies, travel-related services, equipment, and outsourced support.
• Experience supporting Government contracts and maintaining procurement documentation per FAR and policy.
• Knowledge of FAR cost principles and documentation requirements for government work.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase indirect goods and services to support daily operations.
• Conduct competitive sourcing, supplier selection, and price/cost analysis.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, blanket agreements, and supplier records.
• Negotiate terms and document supplier-selection decisions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policy and audit readiness.
