You will lead RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and implement continuous improvement and governance across the function.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Experience sourcing indirect goods and services in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proven RFQ/RFP management, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis and reporting; experience with data visualization tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories.
• Manage RFQ/RFP development, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and selections.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, SLAs, and terms to optimize value.
• Support contract lifecycle management and supplier performance reviews.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Establish supplier performance metrics and conduct business reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver procurement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and governance.
• Lead bidding events and supplier benchmarking initiatives.
• Prepare procurement reports and dashboards for leadership.
