Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of incentive compensation platforms and IC cycles.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate issue resolution with tech partners.
• Perform validation, reconciliation, and reasonability checks on credits and payouts.
• Maintain audit-ready controls and process documentation for governance.
• Develop training materials and support onboarding of users.
• Support system upgrades and transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
