Job summary
Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Incentive Compensation Enablement to support the execution, enablement, and continuous improvement of Incentive Compensation programs and systems.
You will help ensure accurate and timely payout delivery while driving operational excellence and user adoption. You will collaborate across Sales Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and Data & Analytics to ensure seamless IC operations and governance, participating in projects, training, and UAT to
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years in IC, Sales Ops, Finance or related
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation and QA
- Experience with SPM/CRM or similar systems
- Strong communication and cross-functional skills
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operation of incentive compensation platforms and IC cycles
- Monitor system performance and coordinate issue resolution
- Perform validation and reconciliations of credits and payouts
- Maintain audit-ready controls and process documentation
- Develop training materials and SOPs, support user onboarding
- Support system upgrades and transformation projects
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, IT and Data Analytics to resolve issues
