Job summary

Baxter Healthcare seeks a Senior Analyst, Incentive Compensation Enablement, to optimize IC programs and systems across Sales and Finance. You will ensure accurate payouts, enable adoption, and drive process improvements with a data-driven, cross-functional approach.

You will partner with Sales Ops, HR, IT, and Analytics to support IC operations, upgrades, and governance while maintaining training materials and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Ops, Finance or similar.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation and QA processes.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SPM/CRM; proficient in data analysis.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of incentive compensation platforms and IC cycles.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate issue resolution with tech partners.
• Perform validation, reconciliation, and reasonability checks on credits, calculations, and payouts.
• Maintain audit-ready controls and process documentation.
• Develop training materials and SOPs; onboard and train users.
• Support IC projects, upgrades, and UAT; assist implementations.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and user experience.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, IT, and Data & Analytics.
