Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to design, model, and optimize incentive and variable pay programs that support our manufacturing and corporate teams. In this role, you'll lead analysis of sales, operations, and HR data to evaluate plan effectiveness, ensure alignment with business goals, and recommend data-driven improvements.

You will develop financial models, payout calculators, and dashboards; prepare executive-ready presentations; and partner with HR, Finance, and line leaders.
