Signode, headquartered in Tampa, FL, seeks an Associate General Counsel - Americas to provide comprehensive legal services across the region. The role covers contracts, corporate matters, real estate, compliance, employment issues, and outside counsel oversight, collaborating with global teams.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of legal experience, including 4–5 years in-house, and a Florida Bar license. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of commercial law and in-house counsel experience.
• Strong contract drafting, review and negotiation skills across domestic and international matters.
• Experience managing litigation and product liability matters is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Advise business leaders on commercial law and employment issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate routine and non‑routine contracts for multiple units.
• Manage contract review and negotiation process.
