Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for development, manufacture, distribution, and performance.
• Strong background in corporate, contract, and regulatory law.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and industry requirements.
• Assist with corporate governance activities including board resolutions and policies.
• Advise management on legal compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with international legal teams on projects.
• Handle employee relations and labor law issues.
• Coordinate litigation and external counsel as needed.
