Job summary

Konecranes seeks an experienced in-house Legal Counsel for the Region Americas to provide strategic legal advice across North and South America. The role partners with senior leaders and business teams to address corporate, commercial, and product liability matters.

The ideal candidate has 4–5+ years in corporate/business law with strong business acumen, a law degree from an accredited school, and Ohio bar eligibility.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree is required and a law degree from an accredited law school.
License to practice law in Ohio or ability to waive into Ohio prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide in-house legal support to the Region Americas leaders and clients across North and South America.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on corporate, commercial, and product liability matters.
Manage and prioritize a broad range of legal issues with minimal supervision.
Travel around 5–10% as needed to support business operations.
Report to Senior Legal Counsel, Region Americas, and interface with global Legal colleagues.
