Competenze

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed in Florida or eligible under Florida's in-house counsel rules.
• Located in Tampa, Florida.
• 7–9 years of legal experience in commercial contracting, governance, or compliance.
• Strong business judgment and ability to partner with stakeholders to reach practical solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication for all levels of the organization.

Mansioni

• Handle day-to-day corporate governance across a multi-entity structure.
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and supplier contracts, services agreements, licenses, and NDAs.
• Partner with procurement on third-party relationships from sourcing through renewal.
• Counsel executives on strategy, regulatory affairs, employment questions, policy, and privacy/compliance.
