Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO is seeking a level 2 Program Planner to support Global Security. You will develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), coordinate with cost, CAM, and technical teams, and ensure baseline control per EIA-748. The role requires on-site work and a Top Secret clearance

Ideal candidates have strong planning skills, experience with MS Project/Primavera, and the ability to present data to stakeholders. This is a Full-Time position located in Littleton, CO.

Qualifications

• Experience with network scheduling tools (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera).
• Planning/scheduling experience in a fast-paced program environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience achieving team-oriented objectives.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a high-tempo program environment.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations.
• Must be able to work on-site full-time.
• U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the responsible Planner for a specific IPT on the program.
• Develop, manage, and analyze IMS to monitor progress and identify issues.
• Coordinate with cost team, CAM, and technical teams to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure EIA-748 schedule guidelines and baseline control are followed.
• Apply critical path, risk analysis, and corrective actions to mitigate delays.
• Generate schedule metrics and reports for management and customers.
• Develop recovery plans to meet milestones per contract.
