Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst III to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You will perform critical path and variance analysis, conduct SRAs, and incorporate contract changes to keep baselines realistic.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to leadership to enable informed decisions and meet schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Typically 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Schedule Management, Industrial Engineering, management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative roles.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in preparing and presenting schedule reports to senior management.
• Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and communicating data.
• Experience with advanced Excel features (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.).
• Knowledge of DCMA compliance and schedule development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Conduct critical path, variance analysis, and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA).
• Incorporate contractual changes into the IMS and maintain baselines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for schedule planning and data collection.
• Generate and present schedule reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
