The role requires 6+ years in project planning, proficiency with Microsoft Project, and knowledge of EVM, CP analysis, and DoD scheduling standards. Eligibility for a Secret U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM, engineering, business, or related field.
• 6+ years in project planning and scheduling.
• Degree substitute: 10 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools.
• Ability to drive conversations and follow-up.
• Clear communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of EVM and scheduling standards.
• Security clearance eligibility (Secret).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of integrated master plans and schedules for complex projects.
• Oversee tracking and maintenance of project plans for enterprise integration.
• Conduct risk analyses to mitigate schedule risks.
• Identify critical path and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Mentor junior schedulers and analysts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate data.
