Sierra Space is seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst III to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You will perform critical path and variance analysis, conduct SRAs, and incorporate contract changes to keep baselines realistic.

The Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst III is responsible for developing and/or supporting the establishment and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This role involves performing detailed analysis and preparing reports to ensure program leadership is provided with accurate and detailed analysis to facilitate decision making and that programs meet or exceed schedule commitments. The analyst will independently develop and/or participate in the preparation of schedules for all contract work and conduct critical path analysis, variance analysis, and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) as required. Additionally, the analyst will stay aware of and incorporate contractual changes into the IMS following developed baseline change guidelines to maintain realistic contract schedule baselines. In this role, you will provide support for establishing and maintaining the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring it aligns with contractual requirements and program objectives. You will perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that programs meet or exceed schedule commitments. Participating in the preparation of schedules for all contract work, you will assist in conducting critical path and variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities. Staying aware of and incorporating contractual changes into the IMS, you will maintain realistic contract schedule baselines to support program success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather necessary information for schedule planning and utilize data analysis tools to perform detailed schedule analysis. Additionally, you will prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and maintaining transparency.

Pay Range: $92,117.00 - $126,660.50
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
