Job summary

Conduit Health is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead state launches, payor implementations, and cross‑functional initiatives from planning to go‑live. This role sits in the DME Operations team and partners with Clinical Ops, Support, Payor Development, and Product to deliver impactful patient access.

You’ll translate strategy into clear roadmaps, build trackers, surface risks early, and drive accountability across teams to keep launches moving on time.

Qualifications

• Proven project management: you can point to an initiative you took from 0 to 1 and explain what moved it.
• Stakeholder management with buy‑in across teams and levels.
• Clear communication tailored to different stakeholders, avoiding jargon.
• High attention to detail with many moving parts managed simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own new state expansions - from post‑diligence handoff through go‑live, building the launch plan, timeline, and punch list.
• Lead payor implementations and launches, coordinating eligibility, credentialing, billing, and fulfillment readiness.
• Act as connective tissue across M&A, Clinical Ops, Support, Payor Development, and Product to keep launches moving.
• Build and own source‑of‑truth launch trackers so everyone knows what is done and what is next.
• Run kick‑offs, surface risks early, and course‑correct before dependencies slip.
• Report against launch KPIs and turn learnings into repeatable playbooks.
