Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare services implementation, program management, or operations with large, complex launches.
• Formal project management disciplines including workplan development, milestones, risk tracking, governance, and status reporting.
• External stakeholder management with health plans, provider groups, and executive sponsors.
• Cross-functional leadership and collaboration without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication; fluency with PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of large implementations, including new markets and MCO/provider contracts.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, resources, dependencies, and critical path analyses.
• Establish governance structures, status reporting, risk/issue management, and playbooks.
• Manage multi-stakeholder relationships internal and external to ensure alignment and momentum.
• Provide executive status updates, trade-off recommendations, and accountable leadership for delivery.
