Job summary

Synergistix, Inc. seeks an Implementation Project Coordinator to partner with Implementation Managers and support successful client delivery. You will document requirements, help translate needs into technical specs, and coordinate activities across teams to meet timelines.

You will gain hands-on experience with Synergistix products and implementation methodologies while communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. Travel up to 20% onsite to support projects and training efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Ability to document business requirements with clarity and attention to detail.
• Experience communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in software development or support roles preferred.
• Healthcare or life sciences background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Implementation Managers in planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.
• Monitor tasks and follow up with stakeholders to keep activities on schedule.
• Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, meeting notes, and action trackers.
• Track project progress and provide status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate activities across Data Operations, Configuration, Development, and Product teams.
• Capture business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specs.
• Create configuration workbooks and assist with development specifications.
• Document processes and configuration requirements to support implementation.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate per standards.
• Support project billing and training cost tracking; travel up to 20% onsite.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation.
