Job summary

Synergistix is seeking an Implementation Project Coordinator (IPC) to partner with Implementation Managers and help deliver client implementation projects.

This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams by coordinating implementation activities, documenting business requirements, translating client needs into technical specifications, and helping ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within established processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, project management or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
• Ability to document business requirements with clarity and attention to detail.
• Experience in communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Implementation Managers in planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.
• Monitor tasks and follow up with stakeholders to keep activities on schedule.
• Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, meeting notes, and action trackers.
• Capture and communicate project status to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Coordinate activities across Data Operations, Configuration, Development, and Product teams.
