Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

• Experience in customer-focused environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client program implementations from discovery to closure.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, deliverables, and reports.
• Partner with internal teams and third parties to design client solutions.
• Facilitate data/workflow reviews to uncover risks and requirements.
• Drive onboarding and go-lives with high adoption rates.
• Lead change management and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
• Track deliverables and run cross-functional workstream meetings.
