Job summary

Atominvest is seeking an Implementation Manager to own end-to-end delivery of its platform for sophisticated asset managers. You will serve as the day-to-day face of Atominvest, solving technical problems and coordinating with Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure top-tier client outcomes.

Lead multi-stakeholder implementations from discovery to go-live, map data structures, and scope integrations with client IT teams.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years leading enterprise B2B SaaS implementations end-to-end with hands-on configuration and data migration.
• Strong understanding of private markets, waterfalls, capital calls, and LP reporting requirements.
• Hands-on with APIs, data mapping and integration concepts, and direct scoping with client IT teams.
• Proven experience running discovery workshops that produce concrete implementation plans.
• Highly analytical with strong Excel skills and ability to reconcile complex datasets.
• Exceptional project management instincts with proactive communication.
• Natural relationship-builder and senior stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Delivery-focused, with a track record of client trust and platform knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and fast-moving execution.
• Bonus: formal PM methodology (PMP, PRINCE2) and fund administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full client lifecycle from discovery to go-live and post-deployment success.
• Be the single point of contact and face of Atominvest to the client.
• Run structured discovery workshops translating client data and reporting needs into deployment plans.
• Design implementation plans, sequencing, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Scope integrations with client technical teams (APIs, SFTP, data feeds).
• Lead structured implementation programs for enterprise clients with complex timelines.
• Analyze client datasets and fund structures to design optimal platform solutions.
• Conduct executive business reviews with C-level contacts to show value.
• Proactively manage risks and customer health.
• Collaborate with Product to manage change and risk during feature deployments.
• Bridge clients and product roadmap, gathering feedback and guiding delivery.
• Deliver high-quality white-glove support and build trust across stakeholders.
• Identify expansion opportunities by understanding clients' operating models and goals.
