Job summary

Atominvest is looking for an Implementation Analyst in Boston to gain hands-on experience with data, systems, and client workflows as part of the Customer Success team. You’ll work with real fund structures and investor data from day one, tackling technically detailed tasks and QA testing in a fast-paced, growing environment.

This role serves as the starting point for a career in implementation, with growth into senior implementation or client-facing positions as you build private markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from top-tier university
• Interest in private markets and fund structures/investor reporting fundamentals
• 0–2 years of work experience (consulting, investment banking, private equity, fund administration a plus)
• Comfort with data and Excel; exposure to SQL or APIs is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Comfortable with large, complex datasets
• Ability to prioritise tasks, communicate progress, and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented and eager to grow into senior implementation or client-facing roles

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on with customer data, requirements, and workflows—configuring and implementing inside the Atominvest platform
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers to onboard customers, supporting data migration to UAT
• Analyse real client datasets and fund structures to understand how private markets firms operate
• Drive time-to-value with a smooth transition to ongoing lifecycle management
• Support QA testing with Product and Engineering to scope and troubleshoot issues
• Field support tickets and keep clients updated toward resolution
• Maintain technical documentation and internal knowledge base
