Job summary

At Atominvest, an implementation analyst will directly work with data, systems, and workflows of sophisticated private markets managers, partnering with Customer Success to onboard new clients onto the platform.

You’ll handle real fund structures and investor data from day one, doing configuration, QA testing, and data migration while building private markets expertise early in your career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) from a top-tier university.
• Interest in private markets and fund structures.
• 0–2 years of work experience; consulting/investment banking/PE a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and data-focused mindset; SQL/APIs a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large, complex datasets and meet deadlines.
• Team player eager to learn and grow into senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on with customer data, requirements, and workflows — configuring and implementing them directly within the Atominvest platform.
• Work alongside Implementation Managers to onboard customers onto the platform, supporting data migration to UAT.
• Analyze real client datasets and fund structures — understand how private markets firms structure funds, manage investor relationships, and run operations.
• Drive down time to value by ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing customer lifecycle management.
• Liaise with Product and Engineering to complete QA testing for new features and bug fixes, and help scope issues.
• Field support tickets, keeping customers and investors updated on progress toward resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation and internal knowledge base.
