Qualifications

• 6 years of experience solving statistical problems and analyzing data sets using SQL or similar coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++)
• 6 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or technical operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to Google.org pillar leadership, balancing theory with implementability.
• Analyze impact metrics and evaluation research across Google.org reporting initiatives.
• Synthesize cross-pillar research into executive narratives for portfolio allocation frameworks.
• Lead hypothesis-driven problem solving and impact measurability-gap assessments.
