Job summary

Google.org is seeking a data-driven strategist for the Tech for Social Impact (TSI) team in the US. You will act as a strategic partner to Google.org leadership, shaping philanthropic strategy, guiding resource allocation, and delivering data-informed insights across global pillars.

Responsibilities include translating hypotheses into analyses, collaborating with analysts, and evolving impact measurement against benchmarks. Salary includes base, 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 6 years of experience solving statistical problems and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable languages.
• 6 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, data science, or a technical operations role.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to Google.org pillar leadership, translating complex challenges into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze impact metrics and evaluation research to advise across Google.org’s pillars.
• Synthesize research into executive narratives for portfolio allocation and funding decisions.
