Job summary

Google.org’s Tech for Social Impact team seeks a data-driven BI professional to deliver end-to-end BI projects. You will design scalable data structures, build and maintain ETL pipelines, and translate complex impact metrics into clear dashboards for leadership and program teams.

Applicants should have strong SQL, data modeling, and experience with BI tools, enabling cross-functional collaboration and robust measurement of philanthropic programs across various initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• 4 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).

Responsibilities

• Deliver full BI work integrated into Google.org’s measurement strategy with minimal assistance.
• Design data structures, relational schemas, and data models to store and retrieve longitudinal funding and other data.
• Calculate and automate moderately complex impact metrics for annual and program-specific reporting.
• Operationalize pillar metric calculations across Google.org pillar areas.
• Review, validate, and profile incoming data to diagnose reporting anomalies and maintain ETL pipelines.
