Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking an ICT Director to lead our information technology construction projects. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, guide estimations and budgets, and ensure safety and efficiency across the region.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, client relations, and development of project management staff, with occasional travel within the region. A strong track record in ICT/low voltage delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6-7 years ICT industry management experience.
• 10+ years managerial experience overseeing ICT construction projects.
• Proven track record delivering large ICT construction projects safely, on time, within budget.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong communication with internal personnel, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Estimating/bidding, contract administration, scheduling, planning, cost control, and coordination with job site supervision.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, trade contractors, and material suppliers for efficient project delivery.
• Lead project reviews with owners, trade contractors, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Develop Project Managers and staff within the management development program.
• Support business development and estimating activities in ICT/low voltage projects.
