Job summary

ConCor Networks, an EMCOR company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support growth within our telecommunications, structured cabling, and mission-critical data center business. You will manage multiple projects, coordinating customers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecommunications, low-voltage, structured cabling, construction, or related experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications and data center infrastructure projects from award through closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
• Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Manage project change orders and scope modifications.
• Attend customer meetings and provide project status updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Support business growth by maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Assist with project planning, manpower forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Work closely with operations leadership to support strategic growth initiatives.
