Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. seeks a Miller Electric- Structured Cabling Project Manager to lead electrical cabling projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate teams, subcontractors, and customers, ensuring work is safe, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, staffing, and financial forecasting, while mentoring junior staff and pursuing continuous improvement. Strong client relations and industry standards knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading structured cabling projects in commercial settings.
• Knowledge of copper and fiber cabling installation, splicing, and testing.
• Ability to read blueprints, site surveys, and plan labor/material needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical structured cabling projects from planning to delivery.
• Develop project plans, estimates, schedules, and staffing strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Generate billings and manage collections for projects.
• Procure materials and monitor labor/resource needs on site.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and mentor staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and alignment with policies.
