Job summary

Leidos has a new opportunity for a Financial Services Budget Formulation & Execution Analyst in the National Security Sector's Analysis Solutions Business Area. This role centers on budget formulation, execution, monitoring, and collaboration with government stakeholders to align financial plans with organizational priorities and the National Intelligence Program budget, including IPPBE processes.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years or Master’s with 10–13 years in relevant experience.
• 7–10 years in government budgeting, with 3–5 years within the Intelligence Community.
• Proven expertise in government budget execution activities and IPPBE familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights to analyze and report a component’s financial activities and budget.
• Assist in crafting spending plans and monitor financial execution activities.
• Record and track interagency agreements for Economy Act and other financial transactions.
• Document financial commitments, obligations, and expenses with precision.
• Prepare and process transactions, verify and certify payments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align budgets with program goals and resources.
• Generate budget reports for customer offices, components, and NIP programs.
• Develop budget submissions aligned with strategic goals.
• Create fiscal guidance and implantation schedules for each budget phase.
• Support IPPBE deadlines and milestones and provide process improvements.
