Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Financial Services Budget Formulation & Execution Analyst to drive the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution process. You will develop, formulate, execute, and monitor budgets, analyze financial data, and provide insights to influence strategic decisions for the IC.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• BA degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree (experience may substitute for degree).
• 7–10 years in government budgeting with 3–5 years in the Intelligence Community.
• Proven expertise in government budget execution and IPPBE processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert insights to analyze and report a component’s financial activities and budget.
• Assist in crafting spending plans and monitor financial execution activities.
• Record and track interagency agreements to facilitate transactions.
• Document financial commitments and expenses with precision.
• Ensure meticulous preparation and processing of transactions and payments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute budgets aligned with goals.
