Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure and cloud transformation programs from Irving, TX. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including cloud engineers, security, and operations to ensure on-time delivery and governance adherence.

The role requires expertise in AWS migrations, hybrid cloud deployments, and strong PMO discipline to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end programs across multiple departments.
• Proficient with Agile Scrum and Waterfall delivery models.
• Experience with JIRA and PMO governance and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of programs and provide regular updates, tracking, escalations and governance.
• Remove impediments to delivery and guide the service delivery team to meet milestones.
• Coordinate resources, budgets and risk management across complex infrastructure and cloud projects.
