Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or related role.
• Experience supporting large-scale IT initiatives.
• Strong coordination, risk & issue management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work hybrid in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple IT project workstreams across large enterprise initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, status reports, and documentation.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams, offices and locations.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers, leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, status meetings and follow-up activities.
• Monitor progress to identify delays and conflicting priorities.
• Escalate issues and drive actions toward resolution.
• Keep project information and coordination materials up to date.
• Support IT project activities from initiation through completion.
• Provide coordination across additional IT initiatives as needed.
• Ensure activities align with objectives, timelines and requirements.
