Job summary

InfoSpeed Services, Inc. is seeking a senior program leader to drive the datacenter exit and migration to AWS/Azure, combining infrastructure transformation with strong governance.

The role reports to executive leadership, partners with cross-functional teams, defines KPIs, and ensures smooth cutover and operational readiness for large-scale cloud adoption.

Qualifications

• Senior program leader with 20+ years of overall experience, incl. 10–15 years in management roles.
• Solid infrastructure background with experience reporting to CEO/CTO-level executives.
• Strong KPI definition, measurement, and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the datacenter exit program and migration to AWS/Azure cloud.
• Define, measure and report KPIs to executive leadership.
• Work with CEO/CTO and cross-functional teams on governance and strategy.
• Oversee risk, RAID,dependency, change and release management, plus cutover planning.
• Ensure operational readiness and smooth transition to cloud environments.

We are looking for a strong senior leader with 20+ years of overall experience, including 10 to 15 years in management roles. The ideal candidate should have a solid infrastructure background, experience reporting directly to CEO/CTO-level executives, and a proven track record of working closely with executive leadership teams. They should be skilled in defining, measuring, and reporting KPIs, possess strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities, and demonstrate excellent leadership and strategic planning capabilities. Manager with only App Dev and product exp will not fit the role.
