Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Expert-level Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and cloud transformation projects in Charlotte, NC, with a strong emphasis on AWS migrations and hybrid cloud implementations.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams across infrastructure, cloud, security, and application groups, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications, and ensuring operational readiness of delivered solutions.

Qualifications

• End-to-end program management of high-complexity initiatives across a business unit.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum Master and Waterfall deliveries, align resources and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage program timelines, budgets, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Manages Portfolio of Programs.
• Leads and manages program efforts including updates, tracking and escalations.
• Removes impediments to delivery and guides service delivery teams.
• Executes PMO tasks for standards and governance across the portfolio.
• Oversees timelines and budgets and aligns resources to key project roles.
• Implements process improvements and change management.
• Drives large-scale cloud migration projects focused on AWS.
• Coordinates with cloud engineering, security, and operations for delivery.
