Job summary

TEKsystems in Charlotte, NC seeks a contract Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on AWS. The role coordinates across cloud engineering, security, and operations teams to drive successful cloud migrations and project execution in a hybrid work setting.

The position requires expertise in managing programs, governance, resource alignment, and risk management, with proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Experience managing programs across multiple departments within a single business unit.
• Ability to facilitate Agile Scrum and Waterfall service deliveries and govern programs.
• Experience with end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and cloud transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages Portfolio of Programs across departments and tracks progress.
• Leads program efforts with regular updates, escalations, and governance.
• Removes impediments to ensure delivery and handles risk management.
• Executes PMO tasks for standards, governance, and policy adherence.
• Oversee/server migrations and lifecycle in Windows and Linux environments.
• Drive large-scale cloud migration projects focusing on AWS.
