Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an experienced Human Physiology Systems Advisor to lead strategic technical assessments, program development, and stakeholder engagement for ARPA-H funded initiatives in tissue and organ research.

You will synthesize complex data, guide translational pathways, and help manage diverse projects across academia, industry, and government. Occasional travel is required, with a focus on high-impact health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to synthesize complex scientific information for decision support.
• Experience in organ preservation, ex vivo perfusion, or transplant biology.
• Experience supporting complex R&D with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate data and development pathways critically.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic support across organ/tissue programs.
• Evaluate technologies in clinical/operational contexts.
• Conduct landscape analyses and diligence on capabilities and trends.
• Provide guidance on regulatory and stakeholder considerations in transplantation.
• Prepare briefing materials and present findings to leadership.
