L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, HR Business Partner for the Camden, NJ site. You will partner with client groups to build talent plans in line with business strategy and leverage analytics to influence leadership decisions.

You will diagnose issues and implement solutions to improve employee engagement and experience, while contributing to cross-functional HR initiatives and upholding the company’s core values.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree or Master's completed within the last 12 months in HR, Business Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Have strong understanding of business analytics to enable leaders to make talent decisions and promote engagement
• Partner with client groups to build and execute talent plans aligning with business strategy
• Identify and diagnose issues and develop root-cause solutions to enhance engagement and business results
• Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives inside and outside HR as assigned
