The role focuses on developing strategic human capital and growth plans, analyzing workforce data, and informing decisions on hiring, retention, performance, and development.

Under the direction of a Managing Consultant, you will support stakeholder engagement, prepare briefing materials, and lead multiple assignments while ensuring

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
• Experience consulting for the DHS.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships.
• Experience working with DHS requirements and personnel.
