Job summary

Gemini Industries Inc. is seeking a Human Capital Analyst in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on analytical support to the Command Human Capital Officer, with duties spanning policy analysis, data collection, and program evaluation.

You will engage ONR leadership and diverse stakeholders to improve human capital initiatives and workforce processes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field and a minimum of three years of HC analysis experience.

Qualifications

• Over three (3) years of Human Capital analysis and support experience.
• Experience assisting clients in defining needs, conducting surveys and interviews, and framing problems for analysis.
• Ability to analyze current operational policies, procedures and processes.
• Experience building consensus among multiple stakeholders in a multi-tasking environment.
• Experience with traditional and innovative planning, brainstorming, and analysis techniques.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills with Human Capital strategy and HR operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define needs or problems, and conduct analysis of current Human Capital policies, procedures, and processes.
• Provide expertise in design, development, and installation of total quality systems for ONR organizations; business process reengineering and performance measurement.
• Evaluate existing practices and develop new strategies aligning HR policies with ONR’s mission and goals.
• Design and implement processes for collection and analysis of ONR Human Capital data; create reports and informational products.
• Assist with application of technologies to implement diagnostics tools, such as the OPM Human Capital Framework.
• Collect and analyze data to produce research, reports, studies and analyses to influence leaders and employees.
• Encourage behaviors that achieve organizational goals while enabling reinvention.
• Review and update processes and functions (pay, training, benefits, recruitment, hiring, etc.).
• Conduct or provide program workforce and workload analyses.
