Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in safety, environmental science, chemistry or equivalent.
• At least 10 years’ experience in HSE leadership and program management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926 and environmental regulations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies, standards, and operating guidelines.
• Lead teams of HSE professionals to meet regulatory requirements across sites.
• Interpret changes in federal, state, and international laws related to HSE.
• Analyze incidents; identify trends and implement preventive actions.
• Provide expert health risk assessments and advise on control measures.
• Support budgeting for HSE programs and audits.
