Job summary

VLink is seeking a lead architect to drive the migration of a healthcare payer's core claims platform to HealthEdge HRP. You own the target state architecture, migration strategy, and integration design from discovery through cutover and stabilization, partnering with client and delivery teams.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare payer tech and substantial HRP experience, deep knowledge of HRP modules, X12 EDI, and experience guiding complex data mappings, testing, and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare payer technology with HRP experience.
• Led at least 1–2 full core claims migrations to HRP.
• Strong knowledge of HRP modules: Member, Product, Provider, Claims, Financials.

Responsibilities

• Define target state HRP architecture across modules and align with the enterprise architecture.
• Design end-to-end migration strategy including data migration and cutover options.
• Lead gap/fit analysis, data mapping, and configuration oversight in HRP.
