Job summary

HealthEdge Software, Inc. is seeking a Data Conversion Lead to manage end-to-end migration of healthcare payer data, including claims, enrollment and provider records. You will design phased conversion plans, write conversion code in Python and SQL, and coordinate onshore/offshore teams to meet client expectations.

The role requires senior experience in data integrations, strong communication, and expertise with ETL tools and data profiling. Remote work options are available for this position.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working with healthcare payer data domains (Claims, Enrollment or Provider).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field.
• 12+ years in technology integrations with 7+ years in technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience leading data conversion or data migration projects.
• Experience with ETL design across extract, transform, load phases.
• SQL for data extraction, validation, transformation, and profiling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion of healthcare payer data between platforms.
• Serve as SME for payer data domains and business rules.
• Design and execute phased conversion plans with mock and full-volume runs.
• Write and unit-test data conversion code (Python, SQL).
• Develop transformation rules and mapping specs; maintain data dictionaries.
• Collaborate across onshore and offshore teams; communicate progress to clients.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute reusable conversion assets.
