Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software.
• Direct experience in healthcare claims administration.
• Ability to translate complex legacy workflows into modern web experiences.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, computer science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for the HRPWebUI, prioritizing feature parity and usability improvements.
• Define detailed requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for web-based configuration and claims screens with UX and engineering partners.
• Lead discovery with configuration analysts and health plan stakeholders to map legacy workflows to modern web experiences.
• Develop and communicate a migration strategy and sequencing plan from legacy desktop to WebUI.
• Partner with UX/UI designers on interaction design, navigation, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases to ensure timely delivery.
• Define and track success metrics for WebUI adoption, performance, and user satisfaction.
• Serve as SME on HRPWebUI capabilities for sales, implementation, and customer success teams.
