Job summary

ARCH is seeking an HRIS & Leave Administration Specialist to support a growing multi-site manufacturing organization. The role combines HR technology expertise with leave administration and employee support, serving as a key resource for HR teams, managers, and employees across the company.

The ideal candidate will administer HR systems, maintain data integrity, support reporting and analytics, and manage leaves such as FMLA, ADA accommodations, STD/LTD, and state programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS, HR operations, or leave administration experience.
• Experience administering HRIS platforms (UKG, Workday, ADP, Oracle or similar).

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for HRIS and workforce management systems.
• Maintain employee records, data integrity, and HR reports.
• Administer all employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, etc.).
• Support HR operations, benefits enrollment, audits, and open enrollment.
