Job summary

ARCH, headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is seeking an HRIS & Leave Administration Specialist. Hybrid work option available.

You will manage HRIS systems, maintain data accuracy, and support leave programs (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD) across sites while partnering with HR leadership to ensure compliance and employee experience. The role requires 5+ years in HRIS/leave administration, proficiency with major HRIS platforms, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in HRIS, HR ops or leave administration.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, ADP, Oracle or SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD and leave practices.
• Advanced Excel skills and HR reporting/analytics.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• HRIS Administration: be SME for HRIS, maintain records, troubleshoot issues, audits, reports, and documentation.
• Leave Administration: manage FMLA/ADA/STD/LTD and other leaves from request to return-to-work.
• HR Operations Support: respond to HR inquiries, assist with benefits events, open enrollment, compliance reporting.
