The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 5 years of relevant experience. HR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
• Experience in employee relations, recruiting, and performance management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate workforce development initiatives.
• Assist with implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs.
