Job summary

Jump Trading Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support managers and employees within its global People Operations team. The role balances strategic partnering with hands-on execution across onboarding, performance management, benefits, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HRBP/HR generalist roles, strong judgment, and experience with HRIS systems like Workday or Greenhouse.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role with broad employee relations exposure.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; tech/finance preferred.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate people challenges into HR solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with managers to strengthen leadership capabilities (performance coaching, change management, difficult conversations).
Provide day-to-day HR support across onboarding, performance management, training, benefits, and lifecycle matters.
Contribute to merit and bonus cycles, mobility and transfers, HRIS transactions, and offboarding.
Support engagement, talent development, succession planning, and retention aligned with culture and values.
Recommend practical, agile HR solutions to improve workforce planning and experience.
Develop and maintain HR guidelines, processes, and best practices with a service-oriented approach.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies; manage confidential information.
