Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to work on-site five days a week with senior leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness and leadership capability. You will design scalable people strategies, influence workforce planning, and partner across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and HR Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational design.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to use HR data to influence decisions.
• Experience working with Unions.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness and design scalable people strategies.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs.
• Facilitate performance management processes and development planning.
• Coach leaders on career progression, team effectiveness, and change adoption.
• Collaborate with L&D to create training pathways and learning initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workforce analytics to guide decisions.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure policy compliance.
• Support organizational design, restructurings, and transformation initiatives.
