Job summary

X-Rite Pantone, a Veralto company, is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner and advocate for associates while coaching front line managers. Based in Grand Rapids, this role blends talent development with policy execution within a global HR team.

You will lead talent processes, advise leaders, ensure legal and policy compliance, and drive culture and engagement across the organization. This hybrid role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience supporting people leaders and associates, preferably in an operations or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated coaching and support to managers to enable an environment that enhances engagement, DE&I, and inclusion.
• Proven ability to support change management plans for smooth transitions and clarity of purpose.
• Collaborate with HR team to deliver HR services, programs, and policies in compliance with laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent processes within the client group, advocate talent moves and development of future leaders.
• Provide counsel to people leaders and teams based on client group knowledge and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with local HR laws and company policies; foster positive associate relations.
• Coach managers on process execution (P4G, D4G) and action plans to close gaps.
