Job summary

Escalon Business Services seeks an experienced HR professional to support the full scope of human resources responsibilities and partner with client organizations on strategic initiatives. You will maintain and enhance the organization’s HR by planning, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices.

Knowledge of HRIS, payroll and recruiting systems (Gusto, Zenefits, Namely, Rippling, ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, Intuit, TriNet, Justworks, Sequoia, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) is

Qualifications

• 6+ years of human resources/people operations experience.
• Experience scaling and supporting venture/private equity backed companies preferred.
• Knowledge of startup HR best practices and entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong business acumen with a people-oriented, results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• General HR support ranging from full-cycle HR to project-based work.
• Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures to support growth.
• Ensure compliance and write employee handbooks, policies, and FSLA classifications.
• Lead HRIS and payroll implementations for multiple clients.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and benefits administration.
• Support employee relations and performance management.
